Judith Proctor and Steve Rogerson asked if I would like to come back and do Redemption 01, which I said I would. Again, I went next door to ask my neighbour to make a new frock, and she was more than happy to help. This time, we decided on the Black & White dress from 'Rumours of Death'.
The guests at Redemption '01 were Gareth Thomas, Michael Sheard and I, plus a couple of 1-day guests.
I had a lot to do at this con, including hosting the pub quiz, my own panel on Saturday morning, a panel in the afternoon, the cabaret and a late night panel Saturday, more 'Rulers' stuff (you would think if you made 'Ruler of the Universe' you'd get more time at it - especially winning in a nice frock as I do), and finally the closing ceremony, with the results of 'Rulers'.
This was the first convention my partner had been to, and the first time he had seen me dressed as Servalan in the flesh so to speak. He said he had a fantastic time and was really proud of me for winning "Rulers" again.
